Warum bekomme ich dieses Formular unübersehbar auf Dänisch? Jedenfalls hat diese Hotelnacht nie statt gefunden, weil der Wirt nicht in der Lage war die Buchung zu honorieren. Deshalb die Frage eher, wie kann Expedia so einen Fall zulassen? Und warum gibt es auf meine Beschwerde noch keine Antwort?
