"I was upgraded to a suite in this hotel, which sounds great but actually was pretty useless. It had a kitchen but no crockery/utensils or cooker and the fridge wasn't switched on when I arrived. Since I was staying only 1 night it took all night for the fridge to get cold. Also no sealed bottled water, it was glass bottles re-bottled with a rubber cork.
