"We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff.

"Great new suites but due to the harvest time of rice fields there were rats and mice everywhere, including in the room, the staff were so apologetic and went well out of there way to catch them and blocking the roof holes. no fault of the resort and they really tried hard to please"

The rooms were not cleaned, the air conditioner did not blow cold air, the refrigerator did not work properly, the kitchenette and bathroom were covered with ants, the private pool was dirty and most of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out.
