"Great location between the ponds & ocean. Great deck & family rooms to entertain in. Beautiful Kitchen. Smaller EIK area but definitely doable.. a few negatives do exist though. There's a row boat in the photos down by the pond on this property. I just assumed , as with other beech properties, we would be able to use it & was very much looking forward to that. "Our group came out for the second time this year to this beautiful home. We have a training nearby and although there are other homes closer to the training site, everyone prefers a little extra commute to be on the water and stay at this home. The living and kitchen area are large and spacious and the neighborhood is quite but offers great options for food nearby. There are 4 of us and we each are able to have outlet own room and bathroom which is rare. Communication with host is great!...
