Did not like upon check-in, was not informed of the need to request daily room service if wanted. Broken fan and hairdryer in the bathroom...Issues with hot water in the room at time of check in...Water issue resolved end of first day, but not other minor issues..Never needed hair dryer and was ok without fan working but should no be problems in the first place.Breakfast was good, hotel and room generally clean, staff friendly..Price was reasonable..Despite minor issues would likely stay again.

The property was way better than i expected. It had a comfy feel and a sleek look. They served breakfast and dinner is available if you needed. My phone didnt work there but the wifi helped. You will not regret staying here.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The hot water heater went out and one of the managers there drove us over to another place to be able to take a shower as we were there on our honeymoon and had dinner plans. We were told to reach out to Expedia for a refund. I do want to say that the Management staff and Manuel the gentleman who checked us in and out went above and beyond to make things right and help us with everything! Very grateful!

The hotel restaurant was close, despite the staff told us it was going to be open from 4pm to 10pm. The front desk lady was a little rude and, without any explanation, told me it was going to be close and that's it. The internet connection was very poor and with not signal almost during the whole stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
