"An absolutely wonderful property. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Don't let the outside fool you. This is quite spacious inside with three generous bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the finished basement. Plenty of room for the entire family. The interior of the home looks like the pictures on the listing! Not like many properties where the picturres were taken years ago and the current state is in need of repair and updating. Kudos to Michael on this...

"We were in town for a fishing expo. We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. 3 guys were fine with one on the couch. A really great spot for two couples. Parking was easy when we were there, but maybe not always. The place was clean. Access was unique but convenient. The location was really perfect for us. Thanks for a great visit. We will be back!"

"Presented as advertised. Note should be made as to steep staircase, would not be good for anyone with ambulation difficulty. While it is off season, could use some touch-ups."

"I stayed at this property during a late Fall work trip to Newport. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but I can see how amazing it would be to stay here in the summer. Everything was just as expected. Getting in was super easy. Edward even mailed a package back to me that arrived after my departure. Very fast communication. I would love to try to snag this gem for Newport Folk Fest."
