great place to be

very nice view. the bed was very comfortable. i love the breakfast, they have a lot of local produce that are very fresh and delicious. the staff are very friendly and helpful eventho they are not very good at english. must try the french restaurant.

Awesome stay and great service

Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again!

Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights

お部屋も広くて、2歳児が動き回るのにも快適でしたし、畳のお部屋もあったので、寝返りする0歳児も安心でした。 部屋風呂も広くて、助かりました。 ご飯も美味しかったです！ただ、子供メニューがもう少し種類があればな〜、と息子夫婦は申しておりました。 スタッフの対応も申し分ありませんでした。 素敵なホテルです。

とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい。パジャマの質が良く着心地が最高！　子供パジャマまでありとても可愛かった。朝食のビスクスープが評判通りとてもおいしかった。ミキモトのアメニティも嬉しいし、パール風呂は翌日お肌がキラキラしていた。お部屋のお掃除無しでチケットサービスもあり、是非また滞在したいです！ 　ありがとうございました
