"We all came up for a deer hunt for a week it was perfect for what we wanted and needed, the cabin had plenty of towels and supplies and plenty of pillows and blankets and had plenty of privacy, im sure some people would pick it to death with paint scratches or cosmetic stuff with furniture but it was exactly what we was looking for and the week long stay was great i would highly recommend to everyone and we will be back in the future"

The building is ok from the outside, but the location bites. The path to the lake is blocked by a large dead tree. "We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and comfortable and the outside deck/yard are perfect for hosting BBQ and sitting around the fire. The marina and boat launch were convenient and just a few minutes away from the house which quick and easy lake access to launch the boat and get the lake days started! Our stay was excellent! Would recommend! "

"Picked this rental due to the boat slip. The rental was so cute, very clean and had everything needed. The check in process was so easy. The outside patio and deck made this location the best. A downside was the boat dock/slip ramp was underwater neck deep, so the family that visited during the stay had to be picked up at the marina with the coolers. The communication with the openers was very quick and so nice. Will be booking here again if available."

"We had a short stay for a family get-together in Perry County. We were just two adults, but were happy to each have our own room. The apartment was welcoming and very clean. When communicating with Michelle she responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, and is convenient to the many cute shops and restaurants in downtown Tell City as well as walking distance to the river walk park area. Perfect! Thank you."

"Overall, we loved Santa's Lodge. The staff was great, it was clean, breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and the big yard was great for playing outside. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the pullout beds. They were terribly thin, uncomfortable and loud. If you don't need the pullouts, the rooms were fine. They're dated, but clean and comfortable. But if you need the pull-out for someone to sleep on, I'd book two rooms next time instead. "
