Charming Poconos Chalet close to Skiing/Snowboarding Mtns

Welcome to our cozy home, the perfect location for a weekend getaway. Located in the Poconos Farms HOA, our home is in a quiet and peaceful area but still in a prime location that is close to all seasonal sports! This is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Our space transport you to all your weekend getaway dreams. When you first walk in you’ll be taken to a sunroom with the comfiest chairs to read in or if you’re in a more energetic mood, we have a mini foosball table.

Our living room is equipped with a comfy sofa and reclining chair, positioned perfectly in front of a TV for a relaxing night (or day) in.

Ever get sick of eating out while vacationing? Fear not, our kitchen is stocked with all the basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil, pots, pans and dish-ware) you need to make a nice home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meal with friends and family on our large and spacious dining room table.

Our master bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with a queen sized bed and a sofa. Walk upstairs and you’ll find 2 more bedrooms, both with queen sized beds as well. Our mattresses are high quality allowing for a great night’s sleep. Although our space is the perfect, roomy size for 6 people, the sofa in the den, living room and sunroom are all pullout sofas for up to 4 additional guests.

On the second floor you’ll also find a den. Within the den there is a desk and desk chair for when you need to get some work done. There is also a pullout out sofa right by the window making it a perfect place to read a book or take a quick nap and recharge.

Feel free to use the entire house as well as the backyard.

Other things to note:
We do have a fire place an a fire pit but they are not currently available so please do not use them.

Please keep in mind that we run on a septic system so please do not flush anything down the toilet that is not toilet paper.

Our property is located in a managed community so you will need to provide all guest information (name and age of each guest). Additionally, you will have access to some community amenities including:

Lake/Beach
Paddleboards/Kayaks
Pool (free for up to 6 people, each person over 6 is $8/day per person)
Basketball Court
Tennis/Pickleball Court
Shuffleboard/Bocce Ball
Golf (Additional fee and need to schedule ahead of time)
Fitness Center (Additional fee)

Most amenities are open dawn until dusk, equipment can be picked up from the administration office during their business hours (8am - 4pm)

We have two security cameras, one at the front door, one in the backyard.
