Poconos Whitetail Woods Getaway

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this quiet contemporary house in a Pocono Mountain gated community. Take advantage of the many amenities this community has to offer such as an outdoor pools, tennis courts, kayaking/canoeing on the lake, and fishing. Beautiful state game land that border the property. Local ski resorts Camel Back, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort are nearby. You have restaurants, Antique shops, Water parks, Petting zoo, Candle shops all within 30 minute ride.
The space
The property is 3 bedroom, 1 Fold out sofa bed. 2 floors with kitchen and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and heat. 2 TV's. 1 in the loft 1 in the living room. Directv and cable with wi fi Internet available. Deck on back of house. Electric barbecue grill. Off Street Parking for up to 4 cars. Basement is one bedroom apartment with own kitchen and bathroom which owner May stay at from time to time. Renters would be notified of this. Has own entrance
Guest access
It is a gated community you need to check in at the main Welcome House to get pass to enter community. For safety Driver's license and car registration is required. Notify them when checking in you would like pool passes. Renters do have access to swimming pools and other amenities. There is a $12 fee per person. We are working on trying to resolve that issue
