"Beautiful hotel on the beach—Will definitely return here! Staff was very helpful and everyone friendly. Recommend a corner room overlooking the pool from one window and the East China Sea on the other. Fabulous views! Room is restocked daily with bottles water and iced tea, Orion beer, and bottles of liquor. Brought us fresh fruit plates twice during our 5 night stay. They dust, vacuum, and change bed linen daily. "The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "

"Rooms were spacious enough , clean and comfortable. Hotel has a front desk that is well staffed , great for easy check-in and able to help with various questions that might arise. I prefer a 25/7 front desk over other hotels that are electronic only as well as luggage management. Easy access to main downtown street. Bus stop 2 minute walk. All for a reasonable price."

"The service provided is really good, we have stayed at Hilton Chatan and this for our Okinawa trip and the service here is impeccable. "The condition is new being a 4 year old hotel. Having a Donki besides and near to a monorail station makes it a super convenient. Kokusai Dori is 15min walk away and 900yen taxi ride. Having a washer-dryer within the family room is a great but though the washer dryer cycle takes slightly more than 2 hr.
