This 3-storey villa is spacious and has a living area of 120 square meters. The modern style incorporates the design concept of the wind, with new high-end furniture and electrical appliances, and the elegance reflects the traditional Japanese culture. There are four bedrooms on the floor, each with a variety of different bed types to suit the needs of different travellers. Equipped with 2 toilets and 2 showers, each area is a separate space.

On the second floor, you will find the common area and living space. Enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on the grand sofa.
A fully-equipped kitchen is also provided for families who would like to cook a homemade meal. We welcome children of all ages, from infants to adolescents.

Nice house for large family
Our family of 7 enjoyed this home; it had plenty of room for all of us and having two separate toilets was appreciated! It was very close to Okubo station, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. There were also many restaurants nearby and of course the 7-11 was our daily stop for drinks and snacks!

Shinjuku home
We were able to stay in the home for five days and it was a great experience. The home was as described. Check in was very clear. Transport was close by. The listing is accurate. The manager went above and beyond. My daughter left her bear at the home and panicked at 9pm at night. At 11 he messaged me they found it and left it at a local hotel for us to pick up. I am so grateful. They went above and beyond. Great location. Very clean. Great host

A nice stay for a group
Convenient location with plenty of options for food, drink, and shopping. Short walking distance from 2 subway lines. Great for a group as there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/common space. Both the property and the location were perfect for our family of five (including two teenagers). Great Shinjuku location/access yet the property is on a quiet street. We were in Tokyo for the marathon and this worked out perfectly! Short walk to the train station made getting around super easy and lots of food/grocery places nearby. The place was clean and as pictured/described. We were sad to leave!

Great Location!
Read the check in instructions before you get off the plane! If you read the instructions you will know exactly how to get to the house - which can be a tad confusing. Her visuals are excellent (and you'll need them to use the appliances). I stayed here with my three children (15, 12, 12) and 20 year old niece. We needed a good bed (which they have) and enough space to spread out (which we did) but the rest of the time we were out exploring the city. Very close to the train (which you can slightly hear but not bad at all). Repeat - the beds were very comfortable. There is anything you need walking distance- 7-11, drug store, Don Quixote ( a must!), even a McDonalds ( which my one son would run down to about once a day!). Extremely friendly host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Japan!
