Staff were very cold and they charge 9,000 yen if you loose a simple plastic key card. Tiny room for the money spent. Seemed like a terrible value.

There is no area to store your luggage if you want to drop it off early. It took a while to check in. You must use the kiosk and it took about 10 mins. I asked for a nonsmoking room and they gave us a smoking room. After my complaint they quickly switched my room. The room is very small, the beds were smashed together. Biggest complaint you need to pay if you want to watch tv. Also the toilet is in a closet facing the bed (no privacy) and the sink and shower are apart in another room.

This place is decent, rooms are small as is the usual in Tokyo. Truthfully location was great for us.It was clean, pleasant. Couldn't really ask for more

Not as terrible as it seemed. The cleanliness standard from the minute you arrive is definitely not the best! If you can overlook this it’s a cheap option for the location and space. The fridge wasn’t working but I didn’t have time to ask for it to be fixed. It’s also an option to have a smoking room so I could smell smoke at night travelling from other rooms, which sucked but I was aware of this possibility so I felt like i couldn’t complain.

The whole floor and particularly the bedroom had a really strange smell - either from smoking (the room was supposedly non-smoking), or moths or something else. Not very nice- air purifier did little to help. Opening the window worked, but obviously it was very noisy.

Our room smelled strongly of urine, hotel was unwilling to find us a new room or even split our family to find us a clean room. Then refused a refund, only mere minutes after check-in. Had to dispute the charge with credit card company and find another hotel last-minute after long travel.

We requested a non-smoking room. The room we received was not. The property sprayed something to mask the smell but we could still smell the smoke. Furthermore, the duvet cover had a hole in it from a cigarette burn. One of the staff came up to inspect our claim and still couldn't do anything about it. What's worse is he pretended he couldn't speak English so he wouldn't have to provide any service. It was completely unacceptable.

While the rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious, our experience was marred by a few significant issues. The hotel didn't allow luggage storage upon our early arrival at 9 am which was a huge inconvenience, and the staff's limited English made communication challenging. Despite a family emergency back home, we couldn't obtain a refund for the last three days of our stay. Overall, while the rooms exceeded expectations, the lack of flexibility and communication barriers were notable drawbacks.
