This hotel has the best breakfast. Room with great view but room size is very small for the price. It was so crammed that I searched for a different hotel on the day of arrival but unfortunately, neighboring hotels were booked. Gym is limited but sufficient for my use and it has a beautiful view of the hotel.

Next to Tokyo Station with all the shops and restaurants. Other metro lines are walking distance. Rooms are what you expect in Tokyo but this has more of a newer, modern establishment compared to other ones. Service was always great. Would return if doing things nearby Ginza.

Beds were smaller than we expected, but otherwise was a great room with a lovely view. The hotel is right by the train tracks but you can’t hear a thing. Easy walking distance to trains, shops and restaurants.

Excellent location, right next to Tokyo station. However, not a 4 or 5 star hotel.... more like a 3.5 to 4, similar to a business hotel. Rooms are small and a bit dated. But you are paying for location. If that's your priority, you are in the right place
