It was our second stay in Hotel Okura for the Disney leg of our Japan trip. It is not the newest property in the area but the room is very spacious, with lots of amenities provided. The free shuttle to and from Maihama was really handy for quick trips to other parts of Tokyo or to the local Ikspiari. My son was disappointed at the very old TV unit with zero English channels. Surely in this day and age updating the TV units to smart TV’s with access to youtube at the minimum would be a given, or at least have a few English channels available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, it is clean and close to tourist landmarks, family mart and transportation. staff are polite. We will definitely book again once we are back in Kyoto.

Very convenient! Across the street from the Bayside Station, which takes you to Disneyland and Disney Sea. It's about a 3 minute walk from hotel to monorail, depending on how quickly you walk. The 4 bed room was incredibly spacious, with a giant tub that fills up in a minute, and a nice shower. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, and ended up sleeping on the 3 beds and using the 4th to lay out our clothes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Close to disney resort monorail, plus you can have the airport bus pick your party up at the hotel. Bell hop was great as they would move and store your luggage onto the bus. Has shuttle to take you to and from the disney resort monorail.

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm which was the checkin time on my booking confirmation. The front desk advised us our actual checkin time was 6pm even though there was a board full of keys to available rooms. We left our bags and took a walk around the hotel where we were promptly stopped and questioned by staff as to where we were going. We left for the shopping district rather than feel like we were being monitored. We came back at 6pm to a very small room that was basically wall to wall beds all of which were hard and horribly uncomfortable. After getting one of the worst nights of sleep we had ever had, we went down to breakfast. Even though there were open tables in the dining room , we were seated at a table in the hallway. This hotel is listed as a “good neighbor” Disney hotel but there is absolutely nothing “Disneyesque” about this property. The atmosphere is one of unwelcomeness and generally inhospitable. If you are coming here to go to the Disney parks, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. We also stayed at the Hilton and would recommend it highly!

Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!

We only stayed for one night, but my friend and I enjoyed our time here. Checking in and out was so smooth and the staff were very helpful. It’s also during Christmas time too, so the hotel was decorated beautifully. There were many amenities in the room, it was very spacious, and I loved that it was such a short distance to Disney. It was both of our first times there, so thank you for accommodating us.

The room was massive and the bathroom was beautiful. Very comfortable room, I would suggest it to anyone who wants to stay near the Tokyo Disney Parks!
