おそらくすこし前に建てられたホテルをなんどか改装しているのだと思われます。そのため最近建てられているビジネスホテルと比較すると設備的に古さを感じます。一番困ったのはWiFiです。無料の公衆Wi-Fiなのであまり文句は言うえませんが、夕 方スピードが極端に落ちてネットの回覧もままならない状態になりました。幸いフロントでFiFiルーターを貸してくださったのでことなきを得ましたがちょっと残念でした。9月に閉めて別のホテルに生まれ変わる予定なのだとかで設備更新はもうされないだろうと思います。

16泊滞在。長い滞在でしたが、部屋も施設もとても綺麗で防音も良かった。ランドリー設備があり4台の稼働状態が部屋から確認できて便利です。スタッフは対応も早くて親切です。長期滞在にはまた利用したい。

いいけど対応が今ひとつ
部屋は清潔で快適、エアコンをかけなくても快適でした。
備品のコーヒーごもう少し良いものだと○
チェックアウトは1000円で1時間延長してもらえました。
入った時、コンピュータのミスでカードが出なくて、エレベーターで立ち往生、フロントに行ってカード発行してもらいましたが、事務的な対応でした、残念。このサイトに書き込み事務的なコメント頂きましたが、帰りに一言あるのがお品のいいホテルです。

駅から近く、新しく、コンビニや買い物に便利で、景色が良い。部屋にアメニティは少ないが、フロントで必要な分だけもらうことができる。割り箸や、メイク落としやヘアパックもあったのでありがたかった。

駅もコンビニもイオンも近くて便利
羽田空港から品川シーサイド駅前までのバスがあり、移動がとても便利でした。
駅も近いし、ホテル出入口から出てすぐ、イオン品川があり、年末年始も利用できて良かったです。
また利用したいと思います。

Nice Seaside Hotel
Service was good and the staff were very helpful. Nice lobby and view of the area. Convenient location with a department store, convenient stores, and station all right next to the hotel. Rooms were comfortable enough despite being a bit small.

臨海線的優質選擇
考慮了要去的地方，例如台場、蒲田、池袋、品川區一帶，所以選擇了距離僅兩個站的品川海濱站上蓋的酒店。
這個零距離是我的首選，因為帶著老媽呢。
我們在成田機場買willer express，1300yen一位，1.5小時直到大崎站，再搭臨海線，兩個站就到了。
回程亦是同樣路線。
酒店夠新淨，雙人房空間夠大，尤其是浴室。浴缸超大，足以伸直身體放鬆地浸浴。早餐高質素。
相鐵集團的酒店，總沒讓我失望呢。

They held our luggage for us while we went to Odaiba and around town both before check in and after we checked out! This was fantastically helpful. Breakfast on property was delicious and reasonably priced, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was a little warm, but for the location and services that was just a minor problem. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic find for Bayside Tokyo
Sotetsu Grand Fresa Shinagawa has an excellent location right on the Rinkai subway line. There is a small shopping mall with restaurants and cafes in the same complex. For the price, this hotel room was a steal. It did smell faintly of cigarettes, which was an unpleasant surprise, but the whole hotel is smoke-free currently.

出張時の心強い味方です。
とても綺麗でサービスも良く、ホテル内レストランのベトナム料理も美味しい！
フロントにフェイスパックなどが置いてあるのも嬉しいし、部屋によってはマッサージチェアが置いてあることも！
