Not great! Older.

Hotel is pretty run down. Not super clean. They never fixed my in room safe. We even had to ask for towels to shower.

I needed assistance with the safe in the room. One staff looked at the safe briefly but he never came back. I also had difficulty turning on the TV and the staff would not come to my room to assist on 9/18 at 9:00 p.m. the hotel is good for the price but the staff needs more customer service training.

Poor hotel that needs improving

The staff were reasonably helpful, but the room was tatty and the toilet would not work correctly. This was something that was not corrected during our complete stay. The front area of he hotel looks like it has never been properly finished, and includes a big broken section of the sea wall. Having booked a room that included breakfast, we requested something that was not on display. We were told that this was ok to have, but when it arrived it didn't look very appetising at all, and so was not eaten . At the end we were charged for it, as we were told that it was extra. This charging should have been made evident before we ordered it. Several times we did not have any tea or coffee topped up when the room was cleaned, and had to keep asking for it. The same happening with the soap and shampoo. The only good reason to stay in this hotel, is its location, which is near the town centre but still quiet.

Didn't clean my room every day. Only got 1 bottle of water in room. to purchase soda on lobby was 100 peso each where the normal vending machine cost is 50 and 26 in store. Toilet was hard to flush and often didn't work. water was set to a preset temp so it was only hot - you had to turn water on and off to keep it from getting too hot - control was under sink in another room

The front of the hotel in nice because you can see the ocean and the neighboring island. It is a peir not a beach. The pool is non functioning. We are disappointedbecause the AC is not working well. Their is no good water pressure in the shower. The bathroom always got clogged. It is nasty. The carpert is torned out. The hotel needs renovation. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in Toledo City so we have no choice.

the staff are very helpful and considerate; coming from a hearing tired and sometimes disappointed it is nice to come to stay in a place where it offered comfort and peace

Friendly staff, clean common areas and restaurant, although no AC and it was very warm. Limited internet in the rooms. Sea view, but not the beach. There are very limited options in the area for accommodations and although it would not be a vacation destination hotel, it met our needs at the time.

Days Hotel stay

Once again it is the only hotel in toledo . The staff is great . Breakfast is good food but cold .water pressure low . Hotel just needs upkeep . If there was another hotel in Toledo I would try that one but there is not.

3 days no hot water. You help but get the impression they are planning to bowl this hotel and put in apartments. Staff do their best but with very limited resources.
