Property was ok, very noisy at night with activity from surrounding businesses. Walking distances we to several restaurants, morning continental breakfast is sparse, fresh waffles are highlight. No protein and not well stocked.

Room did not look like any of the pictures posted, they gave us (two young females, traveling across country alone) an adjoining room, we did not know the people in the room over and they tried to open the connecting door multiple times. Did not feel safe, did not feel clean. We checked out within an hour of checking in to go to a hotel across the street which was much safer, cleaner and comfortable. After checking out not even a full hour after checking in, the front desk staff didn’t ask any questions. When we said we were just going to go ahead and check out, he just said “okay?” and took the room key.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures they post online. Upon check in they give you a room that looks nothing like the pictures - old, decrepit, unclean and smelly. I had to call housekeeping to clean urine off of the toilet. Can you believe the housekeeper used the same towel used to clean the toilet to ALSO wipe the room telephone because there was a fingernail on it?? The standards of cleanliness are extremely low, downright disgusting. We insisted on a room change due to false advertising and were finally given a room that looks relatively close to the pictures online. Breakfast is subpar but there are much better food options in the same parking lot. Needless to say we will not return. If you choose to book this place prepare to be underwhelmed, disappointed and to clean your room to your comfort level but centrally located.

I checked for bedbugs. Found NONE and was pleased that the sheets and mattress cover seemed new. Hairs on bathroom floor and cleaning detail not the greatest but this was cheaper than all around area so I didnt expect immaculate. Furniture is very dated but i wasnt looking for fancy.

Surprised how bad the conditions were considering the price. It's obvious they attempted to refurbish the unit but it was poorly done. Behind the washroom mirror was a large hole. And we saw cockroaches in the washroom area. We felt unsafe and barely slept.

Staff is very nice. Bed is company. Room is clean. However only things I did not like they have the tv volume set to not go above 40. The water in the shower does not get hot, luke warm at best.
