I used the valet parking, which was listed as $28 a night. They put a $100 hold on my card and i have not been credited the difference yet. Valet fee would have been $56 for the two nights.

Very disappointed with the bar service. We arrived around 6pm on Saturday evening, and the regular bartender was busy at the service bar. There was 2 other managers/bartenders helping her. We sat right next to the service bar for 10 minutes, and not a single one of them said anything to us. Not even, hi guys we we will be with you in a minute. It felt like we were not even there..... the managers/back up bartenders didn't even care about the guest at the bar, all they wanted is to get the drinks out to the tables in the dining room. Very disappointed, so we left and not a single person working said anything to us. The vibe at the bar was very cold. You could tell that the guest at the bar was unsatisfied with the service they were recieving.

No room service despite restaurant on site. Menu was not available online, so you would have to go first to order, then go to pick up. Service every other day not stated clearly. No tea in room, just coffee. Expensive valet.

A few weeks ago I stayed at a hotel in Atlanta GA not the same brand and as nice as the hotel was there was no one in charge, everybody did their job but when it came to the unexpected there was no go to person. This was not the case at the Hilton Garden Telodo, you could go to a front desk manager, a house keeping manager a catering manager that's the way to do it. On top of that it was dog friendly. Love It.
