Nice stop in Toledo. Close but not too close to the main action. Staff super friendly. Clean. Modern updates. Very quiet street noise. Can hear some sound from inside the hotel like doors closing. WiFi worked fine.

very pleasant, very quiet, quite close to things, shame about banging my head every time I went to the loo, as I was in the attic. Also slightly surprised the receptionist tried to charge me as I was leaving, as I'd paid via hotels.com (I'd already handed over the money when I thought to check my visa card online, close call).

Excellent location, steps from entry into the old walled city of Toledo. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and large for a European city. The staff was super helpful with planning our visit. The breakfast was a good value and delish food to start our day.

The rooms are located in an antique building and it is amazing how it was converted into a hotel. The antique vibe is very nice. But as a result the rooms are pretty small, the bathrooms are even tighter. Not much closet space either, but the main problem that can be easily fixed, are the uncomfortable beds that are way too soft and provide little support. Out of 6 hotels we stayed in during our Spanish vacation this year only this one had uncomfortable beds. The breakfast is OK, again suffering from the lack of space and as a result having limited options.

Nice room with great view on Puerta del Sol. Breakfast is ok but not much choice and also because the breakfast room is small you need a time slot reservation so you can't go whenever you want. Staff is friendly, the hotel is cozy, our check-in was near 00:00 but everything was ok.

99% perfect but……
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right at the entrance to the old town and everything is available within a 15 minutes walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous and all contact with them was 5 star. A few points worth considering: 1: There are limited parking spaces with the hotel but they have a discounted arrangement with a local parking 400m distance. 2: Only one key was given at checkin and this was an actual key. Two would have been better. 3: plant based milks were available at breakfast but very limited choice for vegan/vegetarians. 4: the hotels location is next to a cobblestone road , so expect road noise to be a little louder, but not intrusive. Overall we found the staff exceptional and the hotel offered great value for money.

Bed bugs! This says it all what everyone needs to know. We found bed bug in our daughter extra bed. The management tried to explain that it may come with the sheets from laundry facilities and the bug is dead. A day later bed bug’s bites were found on our daughter’s back and hand. This event ruined our trip to Toledo.

Excellent stay!
This hotel is a gem! We stayed here for four nights as a base for going to PuyDuFou and found this hotel to be conveniently located on the edge of Toledo's old town. Close enough to be in the main town within a few minutes but far enough from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable with good A\C. Breakfast was well organised on a timetable. A good selection of fruit, cereal, savoury options (bread / cheese / cold meat / Spanish omelette) and pastries. There was as much fruit juice and coffee as you could drink. Car parking can be booked, at a small cost, through the hotel at a private and secure car park approximately 200 metres from the hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn't have done more to help. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at the Abad apartments. The apartment was the best one of our travels with a large living room, large kitchen, substantial bath and very functional kitchen. The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy at the nearby parking lot. The location was outstanding on the edge of the old city.
