"We stayed at the Horizon Suite - the views are beautiful. Service at the reception was also excellent. A fair few things to improve on: 1. The hotel furniture/washroom fixtures etc all seem very dated and need immediate upkeep. Even very quick fixes like chipped drain blockers seem to be missed 2. The bedroom of the horizon suite was really small; much smaller than other suites I have stayed in and didn't have a TV or even enough plug points to charge electronics.
