Disappointing, not enough value for the price

We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning. The music while in the pool area was terrible and noisy. Only good things are the location (which is very close to the water park) and the rooms which are reasonably clean.

The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope . I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again. As mentioned, I had stayed there once before and was told there is always a person available overnight to allow guest in. This was not the case this time. Walls are thin, and got a room mear the stairs and next to a room where kids were staying. Music was playing, and people talking at night. The rooms in the outer part are best, as there is barely any noice. During this stay, I was given a room in the “main” building and was not the best due to what was previously mentioned.

Un hotel agradable. Pienso que deberían colocar ventiladores o en su caso AC en las habitaciones. El calor es demasiado y no se disfruta tanto la noche

Me atendieron muy bien llegué temprano y la habitación ya estaba disponible super atentos Hizo frío y sin problemas me dieron más cobijas para que pasará la noche más calientita La habitación muy limpia cada vez que le tocaba servicio de habitación Te obsequian dos botellas de agua natural de un cuarto Te prestan toallas para la alberca que está climatizada Los jardines bien cuidados pusieron un nacimiento hermoso Felicidades!!!

Viejo, funcional y con ruido exterior en habitació

El hotel y bungalows es muy viejo, sin remodelar. Es funcional, la alberca es buena para niños y el restaurante tiene buena comida. Los cuartos con mucho ruido exterior, baños con algo de humedad entre lozas y poca presión de agua

Ya las habitaciones se ven viejas sobre todo los muebles y los blancos, los colchones son de resortes metálicos, esos ya no se fabrican actualmente . La habitación se veía limpia , pero nos tocó una cucaracha en la habitación cosa que ocasionó pánico a mi mujer y en la mañana ya había hormigas llevándose en el cuerpo dentro de la habitación. El personal muy amable y tranquila la zona .
