A quien corresponda: Me hospedé del 5 al 7 de agosto. Solicité una noche adicional, pero el hotel estaba lleno; por ello pedí una extensión de tiempo para mi salida debido a un imprevisto familiar. Aun así, durante ese lapso recibí llamadas y visitas insistentes para desocupar la habitación, lo que resultó hostigante. El personal de recepción mostró poca habilidad de atención, falta de tacto y empatía. Solicito que se tome nota y se corrija este proceder para futuros huéspedes.

En realidad la culpa es de Expedia, en mi busqueda coloqué Holliday Inn Aeropuerto Toluca, y me mandaron Metepec, yo todo confiado con la app, dije ok, y no ese Hotel que ustedes me dieron en mi busqueda esta a 33 minutos, por lo que tuve que desplazarme al Holliday Inn horel and suites, que es el que esta a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, para Expedia .I.
