Caro para lo que es
Mi familia y yo nos quedamos en un cuarto con alberca en Rancho San Diego. El hotel es muy bonito arquitectónicamente, pero se nota que el mantenimiento es un reto importante. El personal de recepción fue amable y nos llevaron a nuestro cuarto. Llegando ahí, lo primero que querían los niños era ver la alberca dentro del cuarto. Al intentar abrir la puerta, la manija se soltó. Se ve que la han reparado varias veces, pero no queda bien. De igual manera al querer cerrar la puerta del cuarto, no cerraba bien: se tardaba un rato, lo cual presentaba un riesgo. Para una habitación que tiene alberca y un hotel en el que su principal atracción son albercas, había muy poco espacio para colgar ropa y toallas. Durante todo el viaje, siempre había algo que estaba mojado. Además, faltaban toallas y tapetes para la alberca del cuarto para evitar que ste mojara el cuarto y tener que usar las toallas de baño para la alberca. Asimismo, el agua caliente de la regadera se acababa muy rápido. El restaurante tenía buena comida, pero los precios eran raros. Había cosas a muy buen precio y otras que estaban muy caras sin una buena razón. La preparación de las bebidas en la alberca era inconsistente. A veces quedaba bien y a veces no. En general la pasamos muy bien en familia y hasta disfrutamos que nos dieran un late checkout. Sin embargo, para lo que cuesta la estancia, uno se imaginaría un servicio y mantenimiento superior.

Los empleados son muy amables, el ambiente es tranquilo y familiar, los jardines preciosos, la comida deliciosa y los servicios en el Spa de primera calidad No obstante, al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento: un foco en el buró que no prendía, el baño olía a cañerías, en la regadera salía el agua por donde no debía, la puerta de la regadera no cerraba). Perdón por señalar estos detalles, pero siento que de poner más atención en eso, podríamos calificar lo de excelente. Nosotros a pesar de esto si pensamos regresar.
