"A really beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting which made it easy to relax and forget the real world for a moment. Very minimal phone reception which was good to be able to ‘unplug’ and connect with the family. We would have loved to have been told there was access to the river before arriving however, as we would have brought our kayaks for something to do. As there are more cottages and buildings being done up I can see this would be a wonderful choice for a wedding venue or extended family gathering, though the sound of power tools was not really welcomed for our morning wake up call, we appreciated that the work needed to be done."

The house had all the modern facilities and suited our big group perfectly with the spacious living and dining area. The children in the group also had a great time due to the toys and bunk beds! Highly recommended for any horse-crazy kiddo or adult. We also appreciate that we could bring the dog. Everything worked very well and was basic but very comfortable. owner communicated well and there privacy at the accomodation. The road in was dirt but very well maintained. highly recommended for an interesting, different style of small stay directly adjacent to the national park."
