"Das Ferienhaus war exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben, charmant, geräumig genug und mit integriertem Erholungsfaktor. Mitten im Wald gelegen sind es dennoch nur 5min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, zu einem Powercharger oder ins Zetrum der kleinen Stadt Sjöbo. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: das Doppelbett ist 140cm breit, wer also viel Platz zum Schlafen braucht, sollte das berücksichtigen. "We were there with our four children's families, together 17 people (0 to 60+). The house worked well for so many people and there were lots of toys outside and inside for the kids. What lowers the rating was that the garbage bins were full when we arrived on Saturday and were not emptied until the following Friday. It was a horrible stench and a lot of flies. Furthermore, there was a charge for electricity, which was not informed at the time of booking. Feels a little greedy. Had blackouts in...

"Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist eher nostalgisch und erinnert an etwas Pippi Langstrumpf. Das ist aber positiv gemeint; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und lädt zum Verweilen unter den Obstbäumen ein. Lena ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt war sehr gut; sie hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Gastronomie gegeben. Toller Aufenthalt!"

"Lotta’s Property is an oasis. Surrounded by beautiful fields, the stable is clean, well appointed and unbelievably relaxing. A family of 6 was perfectly comfortable and Lotta was an excellent host. There is lots to do in the area in Ystad and other nearby quaint towns and villages. Highly recommend Lotta’s excellent stable for a family or group."

"Die Kommunikation zum Voraus hat bestens geklappt. Im Haus haben wir alles Notwendige vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war praktisch, zweckmässig und gut. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, gibt es noch Luft nach oben - diese war ok, aber nicht mehr. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft gut weiterempfehlen."

"Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Ende der Strasse liegt ein Wald, was praktisch für Hunde ist. Schade, dass die hintere Terrasse recht ungepflegt wirkte. Besser wäre es, wenn zwischen den Schlafräumen eine Tür statt einem Vorhang wäre. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Ystad selbst ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Man muss allerdings ein Stückchen fahren. Etwas nervig...
