"The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. " It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink. We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. "We really enjoyed our stay at Mersin hotel panorama. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious; we loved the fresh menemen! Rooms have seaview, are clean and so is the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable; we slept like babies. The only downside was that I had to shower with cold water. Not the end of the world but warm water would have been nice. Nonetheless a hotel I warmly recommend."
