"Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof garden was nice, the restaurant was not open the night we went so it was very dark and no seating available unless you went down a floor, still dark and small but quaint. The bar area was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy as well. We struggled with the shower some trying not to get water outside the tub, but great water pressure. It was a beer calm, quiet visit. We were told this was the slow season and they don’t decorate for Christmas until the weekend before it. However, the hotel did have a Christmas tree. Which was very nice for the holiday feel."

"The staff was wonderful, the check in went very smoothly and the check out as well. The desk personnel even arranged a taxi for us. We had the best experience. I will recommend to my friends and family that comes to Pisa."

"This is a beautiful hotel, easily accessed by one of the portals to the city. There is limited parking available on site. The lobby and breakfast area are lovely, Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was large, comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and a short walk from the main hotel. We used the bikes cycling on the city walls; it was super convenient to have those on site. I would highly recommend this hotel for families."
