Very friendly people at the front desk. Good price for the stay. Only downside wasI had to fix the toilet in order to flush it. Another member had a sink leak but was taken care of immediatly after notification.

A good stay for the price. The street facing rooms get plenty of road noise and the walls are a bit thin, but the front desk was very nice, everything was clean and breakfast was great.

This place is awful! The staff were incredibly rude. They refused to get their parklot prepped and serviced after the snow storm. I was threatned to be kicked out in the freezing cold and 14 plus inches of snow! I was asking questions about figuring out what to do for another night and the staff got loud and belergient and threatened to call the police. When i was trying to see what we could do. Kansas was in a state of emergency. My mother tired to call to pay for another night and the staff hung up.on her. I had to dig out my vechicle. It took over 3 total hours. I do not recommend anyone to stay here durning any kind of weather!

I know nothing can be done to change the problem but exiting the facility onto the street was difficult, especially on weekdays.
