Dirty carpet, cigarettes outside the entrances door on ground everywhere. And the fact i signed up for 97.00 a night for 6 night and you overcharged me every night. 152.00 amd 116.00 . I never signed up for any might over 100.00. Never again will i use expedia for anything. You lost a customer 😕

Stayed here a second time coming through Topeka because they were so good the first time! Less expensive than any Topeka hotels. Staff, service and all amenities very much worth coming back for!

Elevator was broke. Staff didn’t tell us until after we had completed check in. I have a bad knee and going up and down stairs was not appropriate at the time. Staff was not accommodating and acted like they didn’t want to be there either. I, personally, will never stay there again.
