Comfortable January Vacation in Arizona
The home is clean and comfortable with an HVAC system guests can adjust as needed. There are two small bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and roomy kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage. I recommend bringing the cooking equipment you expect to need for your stay. There is a large garage that is available if needed. The property is completely fenced and safe for pets to be outside by themselves. I come from a northern state, so the extensive sand and rocks common to the Topock area were hard for me to get used to. There is no grass, and trees are rare. During my stay, the Santa Ana winds were strong and constant, so being outside was difficult and unpleasant. The wifi was intermittent, but the host did her best to get it fixed whenever possible. I really appreciated the onsite washer and dryer so it's not necessary to find a laundromat.
