A beautiful place to stay in the German countryside
The apartment is located in a 19th century farmhouse in a small village in Lower Saxony. The area is very rural, with cows, goats, sheep, and geese in the vicinity. There is even the possibility to bring your horse to stay at the property. We found it perfect for a quiet two weeks exploring northern Germany. The apartment has an older charm, with thoroughly modern conveniences. With a car, it is easy to access. The owner is very friendly and always responded very quickly to any request. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Our children stayed with us for a couple of nights, and they enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend it.

Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Schimmel im Bad. Teppich im Flur war eine Stolperfalle. Loch in der Decke. Küchendecke über Ceranfeld verschmutzt. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung.

Sofa durchgesessen, Schlafzimmerfenster defekt,Fernsehsender nicht sortiert,Bat5erien Fernbedienung+Uhr leer.Putzvorräte,Kalender,Ofenhandschuhe,Bedienunggsanleitungen fehlen.Kaffeefilter vom Vorgänger guckte uns an. Wasserschäden an der Decke Flur+Küche. Loch in der Decke im Wohnzimmer Wohnlage sehr ruhig, Parkplatz am Haus

Gute Ferienwohnung
Ausreichend Platz für Familie mit 4 Personen. Uns war leider vorher nicht klar, dass das Schlafzimmer das Durchgangszimmer zum Kinderzimmer ist. Haben uns damit aber arrangiert.

Super Lage, Ferienwohnung ist in Ordnung, hatten einen schönen Urlaub
Wir waren mit unserem 2 Jährigen Sohn in der Ferienwohnung. In direkter Umgebung sind mit dem Auto diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erreicht. Das ist wirklich ein Riesen Pluspunkt. Egal ob Wildpark, Snow Dome, Heidepark, Schmetterlingspark, wandern in der Heide oder Baden in der Elbe. Alles ist möglich ☺️ Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen See mit kleiner Badestelle. Unser Sohn hat sich dort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war okay. Es ist ein komplex mit mehreren Wohnungen und von oben hört man schon immer mal bollernde Geräusche. Hat uns aber jetzt nicht so gestört, sind aber auch nicht lärmempfindlich. Handtücher waren da, allerdings nur „kleine“. Das ging aus der Objektbeschreibung für mich vorher nicht hervor. Hatten aber zum Glück große dabei. Es gab Spülmittel, aber zumindest bei uns keine Spülbürste. In der Regel gibt es aber eine, sagte mir der freundliche Vermieter. Salz/ Pfeffer/ Zucker oder andere Gewürze sind keine da, haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst. Kenne es aus anderen Wohnungen nur anders was die Grundausstattung betrifft. Das Sofa war etwas durchgelegen und unten eine Holzstrebe gebrochen, die Matratzen auch eher dünn. Im Kinderzimmer lag zwar Bettwäsche, aber keine Einziehdecke/ Kissen. Durch Zufall hatte ich für meinen Sohn seine Decke von zu Hause dabei. In der Küche lag eine Glasscherbe. Augenscheinlich von einem zerbrochenen Kerzenglas oder ähnliches. Habe sie meinem Sohn gerade noch rechtzeitig aus der Hand geklaut. Im Schlafzimmerfenster war ein Riss. All das ist denke ich eher Zufall gewesen und wird bald ausgebessert und ist nicht die Regel. Der Vermieter war freundlich. Das klingt jetzt alles doch eher negativ, ich möchte aber klarstellen, dass es sich für uns im gesamten eher um Kleinigkeiten handelt und ich den Aufenthalt in Toppenstedt dennoch sehr genossen habe. :-)

Sehr ruhig Bis auf den Tag, als über uns eine Familie mit drei kleinen jungs eingezogen sind. Wie auf der bowlingbahn. Aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. Ansonsten ist alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Herrliche Umgebung. Wohnung völlig in Ordnung. Es fehlte nichts.
