"Check-in was a bit confusing as we did not receive gate code ahead of time and it was an unexpected hurdle. Room was spacious and clean, no complaints and view cannot be beat. Porch/decks are huge, rooms are quiet, as were guests (and dogs). Beds were moderate, only complaint would be one was very noisy when turning over or getting up, and the pillows were pretty flat and only 4 total. Nothng would prevent us from staying here in the future. Fair Warning: Bring your own food supplies as options are beyond slim and delivery 60-75 minutes minimum."

"It was very easy to access the property and the host was very clear about all of the instructions. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to do most of our cooking for our vacation at the home."

"House is really nice, in excellent shape & in great neighborhood on the Southern part of the Island. There's a neighborhood pool/dock and it also has private beach access. Amenity wise the hosts really thought this out. There's a gazillion board card games, kitchen is very well equipped. Not to mention bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs and stuff in the garage. The location is key as your about a block away from everything on this end of the Island. So, restaurants, putt putt golf, roller rink etc are right "there" - you just walk down the street. Also close to the park, with pickle ball and outdoor concerts which are best enjoyed on the back deck of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - have family with homes on the island and would not hesitate to come back. "

"Nice little apartment, short walk to the beach. Has great potential. The bathtub faucet is almost broken.The water line to the washer is leaking. The house has roaches and ants. Needs a extra mirror somewhere and shelves in bathroom."

"This property was perfect for a quick stay at the beach. We usually rent a house for the week & are used to having to bring linens, towels, & household necessities, but everything was supplied. The best part was the convenience of the beach access & the privacy. This section of beach was not crowded at all & there is more shoreline on this end of the island. Communication was great & our questions were answered in a timely manner by property management &/or owner."

"When we arrived at the condo, the floors were well cleaned and all the counters and surfaces seemed wiped down. the sheets and towels were all fresh and clean which was very nice. some of the dishes had food still on them but I can't really hold that against the rental agency. All-in-all the condo was in decent condition. You can tell it's an older building so it has a charm to it that new ones don't. My biggest concern was the floors: they were tile flooring throughout the condo and the grout had come loose on a lot of tiles. so as you were walking you could feel the tiles shifting below your feet. Other than that, the condo was great. Also, Some things to know first off, the condo is smaller, there is no dishwasher, and the walls are thin. But, the quality of the condo is all about what you make of it. A smaller area means closer time with your family/friends. the price point on this condo was great and the walk to the beach from the front door was short and easy. not to mention you will be a 5 minute walk to the town where you can enjoy mini golf, a skating rinc, and plenty of stores and restaurants. "

"We though the guest house was surprisingly big and comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The mini kitchen is very basic so don't expect too cook meals but restaurants are close by so no need. Beach is across the street."

"This property was great for us. It is very basic, but had everything we needed. Would be good for families with small children as it is very open and all on one level. Easy and close beach access was great!"
