"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "We stayed for 4 nights, a family of 4. It was a very pleasant stay. People are nice and friendly. The place is clean and the staff were helpful. The facilities in the hotel were great. I wish a bottle of water was provided as part of the half board service. The wifi in the room was a little poor in particular 2 nights out of the 4. The rest was moderate.
