Staff here are fantastic. They're incredibly helpful and will try to meet your every need. The property however, leaves a lot to be desired. Fine for a budget, run-of-the-mill family hotel, but really needs some updating. There are no lifts to access anything above ground floor. Restaurant is limited, and the general store is overpriced and lacking variety. Still beats camping but.

Amazing location, they did an fantastic job to ensure resort blends ins with the surrounding nature. Bathroom was outdated but clean. If your over 1,7m you will need to hold the shower head. Staff was friendly. When you book the pickup from the airport, ensure you ask upfront for the location as there are no signs at the airport (lady from tourist info was helpful). I can recommend booking the beauty spot tour, this will make your stay outstanding.

Had a good time here but I noticed that there needs a bit of tlc everywhere on the patio area table and chairs rusty tiles need jet washing the Spa only half the jets working pool needs a bit of maintenance but apart from that we would come again

"Didn’t like that they had overbooked. We had booked a one bedroom pool apartment. We were sent down a few stinking hot corridors to eventually find our room. We were put in a two bedroom apt but told if we touched any of the second room stuff we would be billed .. only had two thin bath towels. NO ..."
