We enjoyed our stay! The staff were great and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very clean and kept at the perfect temperatures. Rooms very clean and spacious, however the beds were hard and left a little to be desired. Comfortable stay over all though.

Beds were noisy, uncomfortable and sheets had holes in them. The pillows had no stuffing - might as well have just slept without a pillow. Hearing unit was very loud and it woke me every time it clicked on in the night. Other guests were loud until at least 2:00 a.m., banging doors, yelling, running through the halls. Basically, I got only a few minutes of sleep at a time before being woken up repeatedly through the night. I would not recommend.

The hotel was clean and staff were nice but i couldn't get over how terrible the bed and pillows were. Usually hotel beds and pillows are so comfy but this bed was terrible and the pillows felt like they were empty

We like staying here because it is close to the subway and shopping. We have been staying here for over 10 years but the rooms are getting dated and the overall condition needs to be adressed. We have fou d mold in our room under the window and the ventilation unit. I always use a white facecloth to wipe down the rooms and the white facecloth is always very dirty. We might start exploring other hotels.
