Misleading left on the first day
Not a luxurious place as advertised. Furniture was old. Beds and sheets looked inPlace was very dirty. Air conditioning was not working. Left after a few hours.

Insecticide and insects everywhere
When we arrived we immediately noticed white powder on the floors in all rooms except the bedrooms. We soon realized this was insecticide, as there were also several large insects crawling on floors, walls, and in bathtub as well as dead insects in bathroom and floating in the toilet. Luckily the customer service team at VRBO helped us. We sent them several detailed pictures of the insect issue and they refunded us. It did not seem like a clean and safe environment and we left. The property manager informed us prior to checkin that he would unfortunately be travelling and therefore unavailable, and he said he was going to let us know his partners contact information, which we did not receive. We had no one to contact so that is why we called VRBO, who were also unable to reach the host. . When we booked this unit back in July there were no reviews. I now see that there now is a review stating an insect problem in August as well.

Our 1st trip to Toronto
We were very disappointed with the property. Upon arrival we noticed lots of damages and immediately informed the host. The host said he was aware of these damages. We booked for 7 people, however there was not enough supplies for 7. We had 3 glasses, 3 teaspoons and 6 Mugs. There was no hand towels for the kitchen. There was only 6 bath towels and 2 face towels for 7 people. The Kitchen sink was leaking. Underneath the sink there was a pool of water which we had to clean for 2 days before the plumber came. The fridge was also leaking and we were not able to put our food in it. The plumber said he was not able to fix the fridge. The master bedroom toilet seat was also broken which the plumber replaced with a new seat. The blinds had strips missing in the 2nd bedroom & living room. The chairs was all worn out and no padding on the seat of the chair. There was cockroaches in the suite as well. We wasted 2 days while waiting to get 2 things fixed. We definitely should be entitled for a price adjustment since the the place was not up to the standard as advertised. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor facilities and badly maintained.
