Fulmar is the most amazing house in a fantastic setting with a view that will entice you in whatever the weather! If you are looking for the ultimate excuse to gather family and friends for the perfect seaside escape, then head down to Fulmar – it is simply stunning! Set on a little patch of epic coast in the so-called forgotten corner of Cornwall, this beach side beauty wraps you in complete luxury whilst you soak in those breath-taking far reaching sea views.

Found in the pretty hamlet of Portwrinkle, the beach, historic harbor and coastal walks are a mere stone's throw away, as is the Whitsand Bay golf course for those who want to put their handicap to the test. Want to indulge in some good old Cornish hospitality? The village pub is a 10 minute stroll up the hill.

You'll while away your days gathered in the open plan living-room with bi-folding doors so you can soak in that view, relaxing on the balconies enjoying a good holiday read, lazing in the hot tub on the roof terrace with the ultimate bird's eye view of this most stunning of settings or enjoying fun-filled hours on the local beaches – it is quite magical.

Guests can book into our Spa (Sauna and Steam Room) facilities. This is free for all our guests and can be booked in 1 hour time slots, making it private for your use during that time.

Highly recommend
This is a spacious property with great amenities for everyone in our group of 8, including a personal lift which pleased not only my elderly mother, but all those transporting the luggage and shopping, a very clean hot tub and comfortable furniture on the roof and a games room on the ground floor. The property is very clean and well-equipped in the kitchen and all the rooms. It capitalises on the amazing views over the sea with a number of balconies and large windows on all the floors. Communication with the management company was very smooth with quick responses to any query. Portwrinkle is a lovely quiet part of the Cornish coast, the sea is safe to swim in and we did some amazing walks on the coastal path straight from the front door. We would highly recommend.

Great property shame about the building work
The property was great, well contained perfect for our family. The downside was the construction work right outside which started at 8am each day, the noise and dust made sitting on the balcony during the day difficult.

The 6 of us (friends) had a fabulous stay at Portwrinkle (Fulmar). The weather was a bonus as it was incredible the whole time we were there ! The coastal walks are breathtakingly beautiful, the beaches are pretty and the locals very chatty & friendly. Always lovely to come back to a hot tub waiting for you. The rooms are all v.comfy and bathrooms plentiful . The kitchen & dining area large & relaxing , although a few more kitchen utensils would be useful , and also things like antibacterial cleaner for cleaning down surfaces after cooking; but overall still 5 stars as it’s stunning, & we would definitely return for another stay .
