"Villa Gianlica was a great find! It’s in a great location that’s walkable to a lot of nice restaurants and the beach in Praiano. The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. "
"This was a beautiful property the food was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful the location was beautiful I would highly recommend this hotel "
"Everything was perfect. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved our plunge pool situated on our balcony. Breakfast was superb with excellent views. Can’t praise this hotel enough. We are already planning our next visit! "
"A fantastic spot in the peace and quiet but close enough to the must see areas on the Amalfi Coast. Felt like a home away from home. Sitting on the terrace for breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. "

"Best views of the entire Amalfi coast and best spot for sunset. None of the hustle of Positano nor the stuffiness and pretentiousness of some of the other places nearby. Will be back!"
"I believe that since the whole Amalfi coast is outstanding a rating or impression can't be about views (outstanding and incredible), thus I can state that the hotel was clean, comfortable, away from the craziness or Positano… and close enough everywhere. Great location accesible and easy access to… everywhere.
The main difference?… the people…
They responded great when we requested any assistance to enjoy the area, they were warm and welcoming, the cappuccinos prepared specially every morning were first class… I don't have enough words to describe how they made us feel… as if we were in their home and not in an impersonal "pass by" short stay. Whenever I return to the Amalfi coast… I will never hesitate to stop by … Thanks for everything!"
"We stayed at this beautiful hotel 2 years ago and couldn't wait to come back this year! The staff, the lobby, the rooms, the breakfast, the pool, the food, everything is perfect! The views from this hotel are magical! I can't wait to go back!!!!"
"The hotel is family owned and operated to meet any and every need and expectation. The hotel was a quiet and safe while having several dinning options close by. The beach, which is rocky, is nice and close. The staff is very generous and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Can't wait to return "
"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Worth every penny during our honeymoon. The staff was attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to honeymooners. The pool and location were perfect for wanting to either relax at the hotel or venture off down the Amalfi coast. We hope to return in the future! "
"We stayed at Hotel Maresca for nine nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. This place is such a gem. Every morning we woke up to the most beautiful view and had cappuccinos with croissants and Nutella on the patio.
Our favorite part by far was the family who runs it. Antonio is the best. Every single day we’d wave to him or stop to chat and he was always there to help. He gave us tips, mapped out routes, helped us plan around any curveballs. Just a genuinely kind person who made us feel so welcome.
Praiano itself is also such a great place to stay. We’ve been to Positano and Amalfi and while those are pretty, they’re packed and way more touristy. Praiano felt calm and real. Not as remote as Agerola but still full of local spots, friendly people, and everything you’d need within walking distance. There are markets, souvenir shops, and great restaurants all nearby. The SITA bus stop is just steps from the hotel and connects you to the entire coast. Just a few euros per ride and you can grab tickets right next door at the little shop.
Food in town was amazing. Our favorites were Trattoria San Gennaro up by the church and Il Pirata which is right on the water inside a cave. We had dinner and drinks there and then spent our last day renting beach chairs from them. It was 30 euro each for the day and totally worth it. We ordered food and drinks from our chairs and swam in the ocean right in front of us. Pure heaven."
"We loved our stay at villa pino! Antonio, Manuel and all staff were so lovely, accommodating and went out of their way to help. Antonio in particular helped a lot with navigating transportation around the coast and any questions that we had. The included buffet breakfast every morning with a gorgeous view of the ocean was always lovely. We would highly recommend staying at villa pino! We will definitely be back :)"
