Casa Jacks, Great Frontline Golf Villa With Private Pool And Free Wi-Fi

Welcome to our luxury appointed home, now with lovely 7 x 4m pool.

Its' a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Golf Townhouse, with great views over the 6th and 7th fairways, frontline golf views, watch the golfers get frustrated, quite amusing at time. We have 2 balconies front and back to catch the sun all day long. Its very well equipped just like a home from home.

The property is light and airy with open plan design over 2 floors, furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout, centrally heated for the cooler months, with flat screen LED TV with English channels, own Wi-Fi, DVD player, ipod docking station, and safe. Now with ping-pong table.

We are within the gated grounds of Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort has a great 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with its own driving range, buggy hire, a great pro shop, and Spike Bar.

The resort has plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants, 5* Intercontinental Hotel and Spa, onsite supermarket, bank atm, tennis, paddle, gym, communal pools, kids club. Alongside the resort is El Boulevard with a further range of Restaurants and Bars.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including iron, toaster and most importantly .. a dishwasher new fan oven and induction hob.

This is a great place for families and golfers alike, we have a variety of the latest DVDs, toys inc paddle rackets a game for all the family. Also an Ping Pong table.

There are two furnished balconies, front and rear allowing you to follow the sun all day. We have a private fenced patio for the kids to play in and to dine alfresco.

The nearest blue flag beaches just 10min drive away at Los Alcazares, where you can find the child friendly Mar Menor Lagoon.

*There is an additional charge, of €80 for your end of stay clean which can be left on departure for Lee and Lisa who manage and clean our property in Spain. *

We ask you to check in after 4pm and to checkout before 10am as this allows a thorough clean ready for the next guests especially if it is a same day turn around, I am sure that is understandable, thanks.

The only thing we ask of you is to water our plants and just to put out the rubbish, thanks.

Superb villa, very comfortable everything and more that we needed. Even travel adaptors, Bluetooth portable speaker, Mosquito plug inns. Pool is fab, even had an inflatable pump. WiFi was brilliant!! Great views too from bedroom balcony. Lovely and quiet street with short walk to the Spar supermarket and boulevard where’s lots of bars and great eating places. Simon was easy contactable and quick to respond. Overall a fabulous stay.

A lovely villa, larger than it looks in the pictures, more than adequate if you had 4 adults staying. Villa was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need, home from home. Good quiet location, restaurants and supermarket less than a 10 minute walk, cant fault it.

This is a nice villa and was as described. Everything worked and we had a really nice two week stay. My only criticism and the reason for me marking it less then perfect was unfortunately the bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable and the bedding was in the need of replacing.

A perfect Villa for a family holiday
We cannot recommend this amazing Villa enough. We have just spent 14 days on our first family holiday since lockdown. The Villa is clean with a high spec finis with a nice view of the golf course. The outside area offers a sunny pool and sun beds area with a nice shaded area to sit if the sun becomes to much and in the evening if we stayed in we took advantage of the barbecue to create some amazing family moments. The Villa is located close to the supermarket, crazy golf and sports courts. It is also close to the boulevard of bars and restaurants. Lee the Kay holder was on hand within minutes to help when we locked ourselves out. Overall we have had an amazing holiday, feel totally recharged so Thank you Simon for lending us your home in the sun for the 2 weeks. Darren G

Great Week in October
The pictures of the Villa probably do not do it justice.The villa itself is quite stunning, Front line within easy walking distance to either the hotel, clubhouse or indeed the parade of bars and restaurants just outside of the complex. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the paddle tennis courts and the crazy golf both of which were excellent and great fun, and have bars and food available. Highly recommended. Stunning location and villa and only arournd 10 minutes to drive to the Mar Menor.

We stayed for four weeks in the lovely Casa Jacks villa, so it was very much home from home. The villa was vey comfortable and we appreciated the wifi, british tv, heating and the use of the padel racquets. A car if recommnded to visit the many resorts on the Costa Calida and their sea front promenades. So much to see and do in this area, we will hopefully return soon. Tim & Pat UK.

Beautiful villa, beautiful complex
The Villa is amazing, the pool area is amazing, everything anyone would want, only 10 mins drive from the beach, local restaurants are very good, especially the Indian 😬, the golf course is very good, forgiving for the higher handicap, and very testing for the lower handicap players that go for the pin, car hire is essential but road networks are very easy, thanks Simon and Julie, I will be in touch shortly to book another stay

Very well equipped and well maintained
The property was very well equipped, very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for a home from home holiday stay. We were met by the property manager who showed us around and gave us some good local area information. We had a very enjoyable, mostly relaxing stay and only havent awarded 5 stars because of the building work being done immediately next door, on a brand new construction and also a few doors away on another new construction. It would have been good to have had a ‘heads up’ regarding the crane swinging overhead and the noise from the builders working on the sites. However, it didnt detract too much from what was a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely property.

We spent a week at Casa Jack's in late October with our two daughters aged 8 and 11. The villa has everything you need including hairdryer, wi-fi, UK to channels, dishwasher, every utensil you could possibly need and a lovely pool that the kids really made the most of. There is plenty of outside space and the front balcony enjoys the sunshine all day long. The house was spotlessly clean. It is only a short (10 min) walk to the main hotel where the bars and restaurants are located. 100% recommend!

Lovely Villa with great facilities
The Villa is set on a golf complex about 20 minutes from the airport. The Villa is clean and spacious with a good sized swimming pool compared to the other villas on the resort. The Villa gets the sun from mid morning all the way through to sunset which is perfect for watching the occasional golfer go past on the fairway. The Villa is equipped with tv, satellite and a DVD for when the kids want some time out the sun. The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need and more for preparing meals in but there's enough eateries on and off the complex to mix it up. Overall great Villa and would highly recommend.

We stayed for 12 nights in September in this lovely villa. It is set in a wonderful position overlooking the 7th Green with a large private pool and three terraces to follow the sun. Each terrace is equipped with quality furniture and the villa was beautifully clean with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. There is air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living area which is great for a comfortable nights sleep. The pool is of a great size but it was cold and might benefit from being heated in the cooler months. There are a variety of quality restaurants, all within walking distance and a well equipped Spar shop on site for all food and drink essentials. The kitchen is adequately equipped to prepare simple meals which we enjoyed on the patio by the pool. We hired a car and visited Mazarron, Cartegena and several beaches and towns along the coast. An absolute must, is the muds at Lo Pagan, which was great fun to cover our bodies in mud, let it dry off and wash off in the Mar Menor. Our skin felt wonderfully smooth after our experience. The booking process was very simple and any queries were promptly answered by the owner Simon and Joy who looks after the property. If you book this villa, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Simon,Julie and Joy for a relaxing stay in a fantastic property.
