"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, because of this you have to eat in their restaurant every night, and you can't eat before 8.00 at night because they are not ready. The staff are one big family, and they are very courteous and helpful. But that is where it stops. "This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new.
