"Everything was great until we scheduled the shuttle to take us to the airport. For 15 Euro's we expected to be dropped of at Departure and not be thrown out at the farthest corner of arrivals. "It had an outstanding spa and a lovely outside pool and gardens but the common parts were well worn and it reflected 1980 decor. The bar was at the side of the lounge and it gave it a waiting room feel. It would have been nice for it to be in an area with its own identity and access to a designated outdoor terrace. The access to the outdoor pool was through the front entrance with a walk around the hotel to the back which was a little strange"

"The resort was average with some maintenance issues like our air conditioner was broken, they came and looked at it and agreed it was broken. Did not move us but did provide a fan the 2nd night upon request. What makes this place that we would highly recommend was the service. Outstanding. From the airport driver to the hotel staff, to the resturant, they were attentive, efficient and delightful to visit. Truly a great place. The food was excellent and abundant. Pool clean. Great place."
