The 35m² apartment consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (2 adults; 2 children). The communal outdoor area boasts a large pool with a children's pool and a garden as well as a tennis court. A golf course and a football pitch are also part of the complex.
The sandy beach Playa de los Alamos can be reached after 12 minutes on foot (1.1 km). You can find a supermarket 500m away, while the nearest restaurants are within 300 m or a 4-minute walk. Many cafés and restaurants are also located along the beach. Bars and clubs are nearby aswell. The centre of Torremolinos is 2.5 km or a 30-minute walk from the complex. Malaga Airport is 10 minutes by train or a 10-minute drive (6 km) away.
