Kitchen and 2 completely new bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms have new bedding and furniture. Installation of Air Conditioning reversible. Modern furniture and fully equipped. The sea is only 50m away and the famous Playa del Cura 100m away with all the restaurants and shops in the area. The ideal to relax with family or friends.

Great location right next to the sea!
The location was great, right next to the sea and two beautiful beaches. Lovely promenade that we enjoyed walking with many choices of restaurants and shops. The apartment was light and spacious. The bedrooms were pretty good size for Spain. The master bedroom has incredible view of the sea so the balcony as well. We enjoyed our coffee with sunrise and a the glass of wine with sunset on that balcony it was incredible. The kitchen had everything we need and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic
Beautiful property; spacious, spotlessly clean with every facility you could want. Overlooking the beach, minutes walk from the centre of town, hundreds of restaraunts, bars and shops. Torrevieja itself has a fab water park (Aquapolis) - a weekly pass is best value as it's valid for 7 days plus day of purchase. We went 3 times for €39 each. Overall a great holiday, top property! Communicating with owner was easy and he was very accommodating with our needs!..and booking at short notice!
