Die 3-Sterne-Latte war deutlich zu hoch

Ein Standart, den man sich selbst gibt, indem man mit ihm wirbt - in diesem Fall die drei Sterne, verpflichtet. Man wird daran gemessen. Die ersten Tage gab ich mir Mühe, diese drei Sterne zu entdecken. Dieser Versuch scheiterte. Auffällig aber war, dass das dem Hotel eine dringende Renovierung fehlt. Es ist schlicht verlebt. Auch ist die Parkplatzsituation dramatisch. Man wirbt mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Diese befinden sich aber im öffentlichen Bereich - jede und jeder kann diese nutzen. Das bedeutete, dass zu jeder Ankunft mit dem Auto eine durchaus auch halbstündige und gefährliche Parkplatzsuche verbunden war: Langsam am Hotel vorbeifahren, nach einem freien Parkplatz Ausschau halten - dabei den nachfolgenden Verkehr und die Fußgängerüberwege nicht aus den Augen lassen, ggf. ein-zwei Kilometer weiterfahren, riskant wenden und die Suche neu beginnen. Ich wandte mich mit einem einfachen Problem an das Personal. Mir konnte nicht am ersten, nicht am zweiten... und bis zum letzten Tag nicht geholfen werden. Man wirbt damit, dass im Hotel italienisch, deutsch und englisch gesprochen wird. Die Bestellung eines Kaffees auf Deutsch scheiterte, da die Bedienung Angabe nicht deutsch, dafür aber englisch zu sprechen. Die darauf folgende Bestellung eines cop of coffee führte dazu, dass die Bedienung mich einfach sitzen ließ und an einem anderen Tisch aufzuräumen begann. Für ein Hotel mit einem oder mit keinem Stern wäre das alles OK. Aber bei drei Sternen? Keine Empfehlung!

Sviten på hotell Pai=underbart!

Vi bodde i en svit som förvisso kostade en del mer men det var det värt. Att ha de två balkongerna att sitta på och se utöver Gardasjön gjorde att det var värt de extra pengarna. Däremot så var den soffan som gjordes om till säng inte det bekvämaste för att uttrycka det milt. Man kände fjädrarna igenom madrassen. Någon enstaka natt kunde fungera men en vecka blev jobbigt. Wi-fi var gratis men det var synd att det inte räckte ut på balkongen, dessutom var det väldigt instabilt. Det kom och gick. Personalen var tjänstvilliga och var lätta att ha att göra med och pratade fullt begriplig engelska. Alla "negativa" sakerna som säng och wi-FI uppvägdes av det väldigt stora och fina rummet samt den underbara utsikten över sjön. I början var den täta trafiken utanför hotellet lite jobbigt men det vande man sig rätt så fort vid, det var aldrig störande nattetid. Frukosten var vad man kan vänta sig, inget som stack ut men man kunde äta sig mätt. Litet tips är att inte komma ner mot slutet av frukosttiden för då var det slut på en del saker. Men de fyllde på när de hade mer och städade undan snabbt så det var rent och fräscht. Serveringarna utanför, som tillhörde hotellet, både pizzerian och restaurangen höll bra priser och det var god mat. I det stora hela en härlig semester på hotell Pai, som man ska och kan förvänta sig. Sviten kan varmt rekommenderas och det var värt de extra pengarna att få sitta i en korgstol på en balkong och se ut över den vackra Gardasjön!

Ubehøvlet og uengageret ejer/receptionist

Vores ophold var rigtig dårlig. Selvom hotellet ligger lige ud til vejen er det svært at se at det er hotellet. Det var svært at finde hvor man skal parkere og ejeren/receptionist var ubehøvlet og fik os til at føle os i vejen. Vores aircondition virkede ikke, men det viste sig at den skal stå på en bestemt grad før den gør! Det var fint nok men derefter var receptionisten ikke andet end ubehagelig overfor os. Alt i alt har vi fortrudt at vi valgte det hotel, fordi vi ikke følte os godt tilpas.

Personale eccellente e cordiale.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni, camere confortevoli ma più piccole rispetto alle mie aspettative. Un po' di umidità nella stanza ma ambiente pulitissimo. Cibo ottimo, location per la cena molto romantica fronte lago. Comodo per escursioni in bici.

Super Lage. Das dazugehörige Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Die Straße war überhaupt nicht störend. Das Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch. Das Bad ging überhaupt nicht! Dafür war alles sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Tolles Hotel mit Seeterasse

Wir haben das Hotel im Juli 2015 sehr kurzfristig (2 Tage vor Anreise) gebucht. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade von einem Standard Zimmer auf eine Suite bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit zum See ausgerichteten Balkon. Das Hotel und die Zimmer machen einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit bei Fragen etc. Auf der am See gelegenen Terasse kann man das im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Frühstück genießen. Außerdem hat das Hotel ein Restaurant und eine Bar wo man den Tag, ebenfalls auf der Seeterasse ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gegend nördlich von Torri del Benaco ist sehr schön. Wir können das Hotel Pai nur weiterempfehlen!

Hygenisch schlect und teuer

- Schmutzige Betwäsche sind nicht gewechselt worden, trotz unsere ausdrückliche bitte nach drei Übernachtungen! - klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und wir haben sofort nach checkin am Rezeption gemeldet -> Antwort: eine technicker schaut sich an -> passierte aber nichts! - die Gastfreundlichkeit hat es bei Personal gefehlt! - ein sehr dürftige Frühstückbuffet!

habe dieses Hotel für eine Woche besucht, wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, haben ein Zimmer upgrade bekommen auf eine Juninor suite. War natütlich super! Der ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Um nach Torri del Benaco zu kommen sind es Ca. 6-7 km fahrtstrecke. Das Essen im Hotel war abgesehen von den Brötchen beim Frühstück sehr lecker. Fazit: eine gute Entscheidung dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Guest friendly hotel PAI at Lake Garda

Our first visit to Lake Garda and we mostly usted the hotel as base for our trips around the Lake area We enjoyed every evening meal at the hotel, and the restaurant is very good With a great vararity in the menu Staff all over hotel is very friendly and super serviceminded Room was cleaned very nicely every day A hotel to recomend

Noch angenehme, schlichte Zimmerausstattung mit sehr, sehr kleinem Badezimmer. Keine Minibar im Zimmer aber ansonsten sauber und gepflegt. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit direkter Seelage. Das Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack leider zu spärlich. Heißgetränke nur aus Automaten, dünne Säfte ebenfalls. Wasser nur auf Anfrage. Hilfsbereites, deutschsprachiges Personal.
