The resort is huge, has a lot to offer, the down side is the food and I believe some of the rooms as you can hear noises from other rooms. If you are looking for conplete relaxacion better to go for the Villas as those offer more privasy and better views.

As nice as this place could be,… It’s really not a 4 Star Resort! It’s run down, dirty, not kept up in cleaning nor landscaping. The location is amazing though!!! Sadly the breakfast was very basic and so were the rooms. You pay so much money for a very basic Resort (paying extra for towels and transportation etc)

We spent a great time there, overall experience is very good and I encourage everyone to try at least once in a lifetime, it is beautiful and unique. I expected a better breakfast and a kids free / relaxing place (b each part and pool) also a lounge bar with some nice music for aperitivo. But that would be just the "cherry on the top"

Für 2 Übernachtungen ist die Unterkunft okay. Essen ist leider Massenabfertigung. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe wo man wirklich gut Essen kann, wenn man nur mit Frühstück bucht. Man kann am Abend beim Buffet essen, wo auch das Frühstück angeboten wird. Pizzeria auch nicht empfehlenswert. Die Preise der Getränke sind mehr als überhoben. Die Unterkünfte sind in die Jahre gekommen. Strand bis auf 3 kleine Buchten total felsig. Personal und Schuttleservice lobenswert und sehr gut organisiert.

Området är jätte fint och vacker omgivning men boendet ligger en bit utanför närmaste stad. Man behöver nästan ha bil för att ta sig någonstans. Väldigt stort hotell område och långt från parkeringen till rummet. Glöm att du kan springa och hämta något du lämnat i bilen. Maten var katastrof. Buffén rent äcklig.

Flot resort, hyggeligt og med muligheder for meget, men der mangler noget... komfort var for os en mangelvare, især værelser eller hvad vi skal kalde det var skuffende..møblement fandtes ikke, seng, skrivebrod og et skab... møbler på terassen u-komfortable...flisegulvet snasket og virkede u-rent...normalt plejer man at kan lave kaffe om morgenen før man går til morgen buffet..inen muligehed det...ingen service--glas, bestik osv. så man kan nye et glas vin om aftenen...møbler på terasse spartanske..vi kunne godt lide Arbatax området, men savnede som sagt simpel komfort...samt wi-fi i hele området, det er for mig standard i år 2023... er ellers glade for Sardinien og kommer her hvert år... foretrækker at leje lejlighed som vi altid har gjort...vort håb var at Resort ville give lignende komfort..især hvad angår udstyr på værelserne/lejligheden

Først det positive. Både pools og strand er rigtig lækker, og personalet er venlig men nogle gange lidt langsom. Pizza restauranten laver lækre pizzaer, som også er to go. Og så det negative. Værelset var under al kritik. Bad og toilet var stoppet, så indholdet fra toilettet løb ud på gulvet. Og air condition virkede ikke. Det blev lavet efter henvendelser tre dage i træk. Vi blev ikke tilbudt et andet værelse. Depositum for strandhåndklæder på 20 euro blev ikke betalt tilbage, selvom håndklæderne blev afleveret og receptionen kunne finde depositummet.

Oasi di verde sul mare.
Soggiorno in famiglia con due bambini piccoli. Camera bella: ampia, letti comodissimi, meravigliosa vista sul mare, bagno grande e comodo. La struttura è poeticamente immersa nel verde, curatissimo. Piscina tropicale bellissima, la mia preferita di sempre. La prima sera la cena (mezza pensione, buffet) non era molto buona, poi invece sono andate meglio le colazioni e la seconda cena. Ci tornerei? Sì!

Would not recommend this hotel. When you arrive, you feel the smell of donkeys and theres a big gate that doesnt feel welcoming at all. We booked a family room since we have two small children. It was a joke. Felt more like a prison cell then a four star resort room. It didnt even had a window and it smelled of damp. The beds were the most uncomfortoble we have ever slept in and the AC sounds as you have a jet plane in your room. We complaint and the staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a junior suite witch was better. But everything feels very ran down and all the common areas such as terraces and pool area was dirty. Full of leaves and filth. The whole hotel needs a renovation or at least be repainted. The food in the main restaurant was not good. Very tasteless unfortunately. Breakfast is rich and varied. The positive thing was the beautiful beach down by the dunes witch has like a little natural "pool" that was very good for children. The surroundings are very beautiful with green plants and flowers everywhere.

Hotel pulito nel complesso sopratutto nelle camere, nel ristorante e nei bagni posti negli spazi comuni...al contrario tavoli dei bar mai puliti così come i bordi delle stradine...resort bello ma molto scomodo con bambini piccoli per via della sua estensione e delle estenuanti salite da fare continuamente a piedi per spostarsi tra la camera ed il resto...cibo nella norma di un normale buffet...

Abbiamo soggiornato al Telis in agosto Contesto molto carino tra mare e natura, quest’ultima predomina nella sua bellezza. La struttura datata richiede sicuramente delle migliorie. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere comunicanti al primo piano, i pro: luminose, spaziose e pulitissime contro: datate negli arredi e nella tecnologia ( condizionatore rumoroso, pala rumorose ) Abbiamo scelto la formula della mezza pensione (self service servito ) : Colazione discreta e la cena, anche se varia, non particolarmente entusiasmante. Grande limite del ristorante, in questo momento di Covid, poco rispetto delle regole e del distanziamento inoltre influssi delle persone non sono minimamente regolamentati. Le piacine belle ma non siamo andati perché sempre troppo affollate, come sel resto anche le spiagge che essendo piccoline si riempiono subito Animazione simpatica e con svariate proposte sportive (tennis, ginnastica pilates tiro con l’arco) La parte dedicata agli animali andrebbe rivista, i cavalli in particolar modo dovrebbero essere più curati e seguiti. Ottimo il servizio bagagli e la navetta che ti porta in giro per il parco.
