"The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. The staff assisted me many times & were very helpful. They held some of my luggage for several days which helped a lot. The location near AEP airport is perfect. And the cost of rooms is great. I didn’t have time to use the spa area but the services looked very nice If you’re vegan, do not order the standard breakfast, not worth the $, there wasn’t anything I could eat. There aren’t any dining areas - only room service. "
