"When we got to the hotel we were only supplied one door card between 2 people which is an inconvenience. The staff are rude and not helpful. The property is dirty and rooms are not cleaned.This hotel is not capable of being a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money."

"My partner and I stayed here for ten days on an all inclusive basis. Our room was on the seventh floor with a fab view if the sea. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, and there were plenty of options at our meals. We also had massages while we were there and Karem and Mina were very professional. We will definitely be back. We would certainly recommend this Hotel."

"Toilet doors wouldn't lock, cold water in the shower for one of the rooms, no sandals, no free water bottle, despite being told otherwise. Very small lift only 3 person could fit. "

"Our stay at Simply Fine hotel was anything but simply fine. We booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night here. The food options were limited & gone-off. The lights in the corridors were not working, like you were in a horror movie. The lift was not working, you had to wait at least 5 minutes to use it. The facilities were poor. The atmosphere in the hotel was not friendly & welcoming. We did not feel safe. Our room on the 5th floor smelt of gas, specifically methane gas. This was horrible &...
