This property is in a great location with walking distance of all the best sites but what really makes it is the staff they are lovely and extremely helpful

The staff, location, breakfast were all excellent The room is dated but comfortable and clean with nice balcony. Value is fine and I would stay here again. Mece was sweet and gave us good information on restaurants

Nice hotel close to the beach
Very nice hotel and really close to the beach like 50 mts, super clean and cozy, breakfast is the must, the stuff is super kind and they will make you feel like a king. Have jacuzzi in the roof.

We loved this hotel! For a 3 star, it exceeded our expectations. Although the rooms are nothing fancy, they are spacious and well equipped, with beautiful terraces. There is a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs and Jacuzzis. Since we were there during low season, we had it to ourselves. We don't know how busy it gets during high season, but the beach is right across the street either way. Breakfast was also very adequate. It is a classic european breakfast. The staff was also very kind and friendly. It was perfect beach weather on the day of our check-out, so they offered to store our luggage and let us use their facilities for changing etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent staff
This is a small family run establishment. People are very nice and friendly. Rooms are very large and clean. There are two jacuzzis on the roof deck.

Great family run business. Clean. Straightforward. Wraparound balcony in our room. Provided us with beach towel. Did short hikes to many beaches. Beautiful views. Staff was amazing and friendly.

Very close to the beach and tourist area, yet quieter at night given it's not on commercial street. Parking available for a surcharge, which is a plus. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms could be more comfortable and soundproof.

Hotel was no frills, but room was clean and comfortable Had a nice large balcony and chairs to sit in Hotel staff was very helpful with information Breakfast was excellent Parking is not included and is cheaper the farther away you park. Parking near the hotel is 15EURO/Day Internet speed was really sub-par

We stayed in Hotel Florida in 2013 and came back to the same hotel in 2014. The staff is the best, and they do their best to make you happy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in good location very near Capitole square. Comfortable bed. Our view was of the adjacent building but the room was very quiet. We don't care much about views because we're mostly in the room to sleep and prepare for activities. Good breakfast that was included with the room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk through the old city center. We rented Velo bikes and rode down the riverfront. We'd stay here again if we're back in Toulouse - an hour drive from Carcassone.

The place to say in Tossa de Mar
My fiance and I had an overall excellent experience staying at the Hotel Florida. I had previously stayed at the hotel on a family vacation when I was 14. My family heard about the hotel through a colleague who had vacationed in Tossa many times and highly recommended the hotel. I remembered only positive things. And my memory served me right because my fiance and I were very happy with our hotel choice. The hotel itself is very clean with nice rooms. All rooms have a balcony/deck which is perfect place to have a cerveza and enjoy the coastal breeze. The hotel itself is located about 1.5 blocks to the beach and literally a two minute walk. Walking distance to everything in town, including the bus station, all the restaurants and tourist attractions. The supermarket is conveniently located a block away from the hotel. There is a great european breakfast in the morning that is included in the room price. The owner and employees provided good advice about local restaurants and gladly stored our bags after checking out until our late afternoon bus back to Barcelona. Also, Tossa itself is a wonderful town. The fort and walled old city look down on Tossa's main beach that provides wonderful views from both the beach/ocean and old city. I highly recommend both Tossa de Mar and staying at the Hotel Florida.

Very Central, Very Comfortable and Very Hospitable
Stayed in the Florida for the second time for four nights last week. The hotel has been very tastefully updated since our last visit. We had a lovely bedroom with a balcony and the hotel ambience is very charming with delightful hosts. Would highly recommend the Florida if you are visiting the jewel that is Tossa de Mar.
