"Water was seeping into the lobby and hallways during heavy rainfall. There were no coffee machines in the rooms, only kettles but no coffee or tea to go with them, so totally useless. No washcloths were provided, so you need to bring your own. Covered pool was not available while we were there. Other than that, very nice hotel."

"I had a very good experience. The hotel had a perfect location and the breakfast buffet was great. They had bands instead of cards to access the rooms which didn't work sometimes so that was a bit annoying but later the bands were fixed, apart from that the hotel rooms had no iron to press clothes. But overall the experience was very good."

"My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days at Riu Nautalis in Spain. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the Buffet had some wonderful food choices.
